By signing up for or using 1ChatGo you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1ChatGo provides a multi-tenant live chat platform with embeddable widget, agent dashboard, flows, triggers, campaigns, and related features.
You are responsible for the accuracy of account info and for protecting your credentials. You must notify us of any unauthorized access.
You may not use 1ChatGo to send unlawful, harassing, misleading, or infringing content, to distribute malware, to scrape, or to circumvent rate limits and security measures.
You retain rights to content you and your visitors submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or legal risk.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Athens.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
