Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

1ChatGo is operated by Wideview Entertainment ("we", "us"). Contact: support@1chatgo.com. This policy explains how we process personal data when you use 1chatgo.com, app.1chatgo.com, admin.1chatgo.com, or our embeddable widget.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with customers (Art. 6(1)(b)), to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and on the basis of legitimate interest for security and product improvement (Art. 6(1)(f)). Widget visitors may be asked for consent by the site operator; we surface this via the optional GDPR gate.

4. How we use your data

To provide the service, respond to support, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

5. Sharing

We share data with: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Mailgun (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS, CDN), Sentry (error tracking), and Stripe where billing applies. Each acts as a processor under EU-compliant agreements.

6. Retention

Account and chat data are kept while the organization is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Sentry events expire after 90 days.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you may access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and object to processing. Email privacy@1chatgo.com.

8. Transfers

Data is hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany) and processed by EU-based subprocessors where possible. Where a subprocessor operates outside the EEA, Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

9. Security

TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and Row Level Security per tenant.

10. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will notify registered customers by email.
